On 15 March 2022, the new 25hours Hotel Indre By will open its doors to the public in the Danish metropolis of Copenhagen, adding a colourful new design and art venue to the blooming hotel scene right in the centre of the city.

25hours Hotel Indre By is to be housed in a 19th-century building in the heart of the city, located between the famous and historic structure Round Tower and the shopping street Købmagergade. The hotel is also within a short walking distance from Nørreport station, the central hub in Copenhagen for many busses, trains, and the metro. Years back, the building housed a porcelain factory and later operated as a university building. Art and knowledge are, therefore, integrated components of the new boutique hotel portrayed across all lines in the interior decor throughout the hotel.

For visitors looking to surround themselves with colourful design and art while getting an authentic taste of what it’s like to live right in the heart of historic Copenhagen, 25hours Hotel Indre By is the perfect sanctuary.

The interior design of the historic building, which consists of four buildings, was created in a collaboration between 25hours Hotels and London-based interior designer Martin Brudnizki from Design Studios. Project Director Copenhagen Henning Weiß says about the unusual design ideas: "Coming of Age was our basic idea for the development of the hotel concept, which is linked to the use of the university. Passion and knowledge, art and science find a new home in the hotel in an exciting combination”.

In total, the hotel has 243 rooms in the "Passion" and "Knowledge" designs, ranging from small to gigantic in size and offering a suitable retreat in which all needs throughout the stay are catered for. Additionally, some of the rooms have a small terrace and direct access to the Secret Garden, adding a unique element to the hotel given its central position, combining a vibrant stay in the centre of the city with green urban surroundings.
